Orders & refunds

Updated October 2026

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are charged when you place them. The first edition is expected to ship early 2027; digital editions are delivered by email on release day. If the date changes, we will email you before the original date passes, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Cancelling

You can cancel any pre-order for a full refund, including shipping, any time before it ships. Reply to your confirmation email or write to bellringerproductions@gmail.com. Refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5–10 business days.

The Founding Readers

Pre-order readers who give a name at checkout are listed on The Founding Readers page of the first edition. Names close the day the book goes to print. A cancelled or refunded order is removed from the list. We print names as submitted, but may decline a name that impersonates someone else or is offensive, in which case the order stays valid and we will contact you.

Damaged or missing books

If your book arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, write to us within 30 days of the delivery estimate and we will replace it or refund you.

Digital editions

Once a digital edition has been delivered, refunds are at our discretion. If a file doesn’t work for you, tell us and we’ll make it right.
